This a fantastic insole for people who have low arches, are overweight, problems with callouses on your feet, and work on their feet most of the day. These arch supports are fan freakintastic honestly! I would highly recommend these! Since I've been using them, I've had no problems whatsoever with foot pain, and honestly, sometimes I leave my shoes on just because they are that comfortable (at least for me). Now everyone has different feet and bodies, so naturally, your results may vary from mine, but I'm a big guy and I work in a restaurant kitchen, so I know how much of a pain it can be to struggle through a shift with bad foot pain, and I can tell you, at least for me, these work better than new-balance insoles, dr. sholls, and even super-feet insoles. While all of them have their merits, I personally like that this foot support isn't hard (which can hurt you if you have callouses on your feet), isn't too narrow, is actually made of quality material, and gives you proper support while also being accommodating to your foot's natural mechanical movement. Give em' a try! I think they'll be worth it!

While the Keen insert colors and descriptions are unnecessarily confusing, this green one is for those who want no added arch support. The blue ones add a moderate amount of arch support and the red give a lot of arch support. Although I don’t need any arch support, I didn’t like the feel of the blue ones pressing into my arch as they and others that add any level of arch support create a large pressure point that aches after a while. That’s why I chose the green model. Makes standing in my boots over 12 hours, comfortable. I just recently got them, so I don’t yet know how long they’ll last before normally wearing out like all inserts will.

The arch is very very low. Unless you have flat feet, this won't give you arch support. It's a good insert otherwise, but there not enough arch for most people.

Just bought new Targhee II and the arch support was too high and hurt my feet. The K-30 inserts for flat feet fit perfectly and is super comfortable for my low arches. Problem solved! I love the big toe box on the Targhee and it's great that Keen makes different inserts for varying arch support.The medium inserts fits perfectly into the size 10 men's.

I’ve been a big fan of super feet. I had the blue ones and the green. However, the heel was always too stiff. These Keen k-30’s are perfect for my flat feet and sensitive heel. I will never go back to super feet.

Really disappointed with these insoles. Especially for the price. Very flimsy and not very supportive. They felt nice for a week but after that they felt very flat and feet hurt.

I use these in my boots that I wear for at least 10-12 hours a day and am always on my feet. They're very comfortable and work amazing. I do change them out about every 6-8 months to maintain comfort.
