Not as hot as previous blow dryer but the air flow is super.

I really tried.The first one I ordered stopped working within 2 months. I replaced for the second, which arrived with its inside package completely destroyed and signs of previous use. Replaced to the 3rd that doesn’t heat. I’m done here.

My personal dryer arrived working alternating hot and cold air at the same time. I thought it was the model that worked this way. I thought it was strange, but now it only comes out cold air. At no time does it come out hot air. I was going to ask for it to be replaced. But I saw that the deadline for replacement has already expired. Will I be left with the loss? Please help me?

My hair is almost waist length and thick, & while I loved how fast this dried it (in like 5/7 minutes as compared to my other dryer that take 15-20), it tangled up my hair so bad I had to return it. I tried just free blowing my hair and also sectioning it and blowing it with a brush- both ways, my hair ended up so tangled from the force of the wind that I felt like I was damaging my hair each time I used it cause brushing out the tangles resulted in almost like a “shaving” off the ends. It worked great for fast drying but not worth it for someone with longer hair. I’d say shoulder length is the longest I’d try this on.
