Zip broke after 3 days of using - no way to contact company.Have tried to fix as a temporary measureOther than that, bag is ok

Got this bag for my 5 years old son. And he is loving it right now. All he’s friends and parents and the school asked me were I got it from and I told them from Amazon. And it a great price value thanks gonna order a blue one very soon

Such a great bag, let down by the zip strength
The material of the bag itself is fantastic, really strong but comfortable and perfect sections to the bag. It has 2 zips on main compartment but sadly one of them snapped quite early on. It's still useable with one but I don't think it'll last much longer, the metal that clips to the tooths is too weak for constant opening/closing sadly

Faulty zips
Don’t waste your money. Bought this as a Christmas present for my son and two months in the zips and mechanism have completely broken. Bag splits open all the time, not ideal when filled with school lunchbox, water bottle etc
