If, like me, you are prone to overwater plants then this system is for you. Although the product is plastic it looks fine on my windowsill. I bought two for supermarket bought herb pots as I wanted fresh herbs during lockdown. I've never regretted buying them as there is a water gauge that tells you when you need to top up the water. A brilliant product.

These plant pots are great for those without green fingers. I have always failed to water plants properly in the house. I had given on plants in the house, until I tried these, they have indicators to let you know when the plant needs watering - the plants I have mean the water in the reservoir lasts about a week.

I bought this for my Sarracenia.It's a hydroponic plant which means it normally sits in a tray of water all the time.I had doubts over whether the pot would work for this type of plant but its perfect!I need to keep the little red marker above maximum at all times but it works great!I used 4 strands of cotton 'wick' instead of the supplied stick to allow the plant to 'suck up' more water.The only negative (and why I've docked a star)... I found it extremely difficult to find a pot that fits well inside the inner Lechuza pot. They were either too small or stuck up from the top... Having spent way more than the Lechuza cost trying different pots in the hope to get one to fit, I was gifted one by my neighbour.If Lechuza supplied the inner pots, or sold them, I would have these planters everywhere!!

Well made planters, will last a long time. Self watering system makes looking after plants easy.

These are the only brand of self-watering pots I use. The entire range is fantastic!

Once again the Lechuza plant pots. Can’t a fault them. 💯👍🏻

Very disappointed, this planter is not the same as the other Lechuza self watering pots. It’s a bit of a con, you can’t plant your actual plant in to it but just place the plant in its current pot in to the planter with an added string (supplied) which you have to stick into your own plant pot. Rubbish, not what I wanted at all as the plant I bought the pot for has to go up a pot size or two, I wanted to repot it into this planter. What a waste of money. LECHUZA you really should have stated in the description for thisthis pot that it is not like your other pots which I have 6 of and none of which work like this one 😟
