It's a Bad-A## hand truck!
I had one of the tiny ones of these (think I brought it at costco for around $20). I hated it. I could not walk standing up straight while something was on the unit. And, the metal-plate cracked when I was trying to unfold it, and it had become stuck. One of my first jobs using this, I had to take all my karaoke equipment out of the second floor of a banquet hall. The one elevator was being used by someone else for a long time. I used bungee cord to strap all the gear to the truck, and muscled the truck down the stairs. The twist-handles are a little stiff. But still over all, this thing was on my wish list for two-years before I finally brought it. Really wish I had purchased it two years earlier. I was on a different job a few weeks ago, and we used this to carry some heavy boxed IKEA furniture from the clients garage to the house. His tiny hand-truck was broken, so we used this, and he was "yeah, I got to get me one of those".PS: If there is a Costco executive reading this...this thing should be for sale in your warehouse stores. Also, once I decided I wanted this specific hand truck, I searched around on the internet, no one else came close to the price I paid on Amazon.

I own two of these hand-trucks...
RWM Casters FW-90 Aluminum Folding Hand Truck with Loop HandleThis made-in-Vietnam hand truck sells under a half dozen different brand names and model numbers on dozens of Internet sites for up to $300 and more. For example, it is identical to the Safco 4055NC Stow-Away Heavy Duty Hand Truck. Amazon had the best price, plus there was no sales tax in my state and Prime shipping was included. Here's the weight and sizes:Weight: 30 poundsFolded: 40.75" high x 23.5" wide x 3.75" thick (at the axils)With the handle fully extended: 49.5" highPros:- Folds flat and therefore can be stored in substantially less space than any non-folding unit. This is particularly important if storage space is at a premium or to carry it in your vehicle. E.g., it fits easily behind the front seat of a small sedan, with room to spare, trunk of an SUV, or store it in a closet.- Solid construction. The frame and large toe plate are aluminum, but the 42 rivets, bolts/nuts, springs, pins, and washers, are steel. The wheels are plastic with solid rubber non-marring, skid resistant 8" x 2" tires. Much of the frame is covered with a thick, tough, composite nylon-like material. The grips are rubberized and comfortable. Many cheaper folding trucks use foam on the handles, which is too weak to last.- rated at 440 lb. capacity, which is on the high side for a folding hand truck. (I keep the weight well below that since the axil supports are a plastic composite.) With the extra large toe plate (14" x 23") bulky objects are less likely to pivot off the truck.- This is a full-sized hand-truck at 49.5" tall with the handle fulled extended, so it's ideal if you're tall. Lighter duty folding hand trucks are typically 42" high and the wheels can hit the back of your feet as you pull it along. With the handle in the low position, it's 40.5" tall, which could be useful when maneuvering in tight spaces.- Setup is simple and quick. Press the release button and the telescoping handle can be pulled up, which locks in place either compressed or fully extended. Unfold the toe plate and the wheels swing out on their own and lock in place. That's it unless you need the rear-facing handles, which can be swung back to lock in place - otherwise they stay out of the way tucked in.- Side tip-overs are unlikely due to the extra wide wheelbase (22") and stairs are no problem, since the only thing that "hits" are the tires.- When loaded, the tires are slightly off the floor, so it's not going to start rolling away on it's own.Cons:- The large aluminum toe plate could lock better. With the truck opened and upright, a forward push on the handle can make it fold shut on its own, if there’s nothing on the truck.Other:- The left composite axil supports on my unit didn’t hold the axil at a 90 degree angle, so that wheel seriously rubbed against, and eventually broke off part of, a support. I emailed photos of this defect to RWM Casters and they sent me a new FW-90 Hand Truck at no charge and told me to keep the old one. Terrific customer service!! Unfortunately, the replacement truck had the same manufacturing defect on the same side. Having been an amateur machinist in a past life, I modified the axil support on both truck; a multi-hour task; but now, I have two functioning trucks.- It’s actually big and heavy - 30 pounds rather than the 26 pounds in the Amazon ad. Rolling it around is simple, but carrying it or lifting it into a vehicle might be tough for a small person. Folded, it will actually roll sideways, since the wheels are the first thing to touch the ground.- Some people might complain that there is no "toe-bar" on the bottom, used when leaning the truck backwards to roll it away, as most stand-alone hand-trucks have. However, that same function can be had by placing your foot on the curved middle piece, a wheel, or just yanking the handle back quickly.- Has to be stored inside due to the steel parts and the spring-assisted wheel lock mechanism, which must be kept clean and rust free.- There was no instruction sheet - but it's so simple, none is really needed.Summary:If you need a full-sized folding hand truck, especially if you’re tall, this is probably as good as they get.

UNSAFE DO NOT BUY!!!!!!
This would be a 5 star review, I'd give it 10 stars if it wasn't for one fatal flaw: The swing out handles don't lock! This is incredibly unsafe, and a design oversight I'm betting will cost them big lawsuit money at some point. Otherwise very well made, but when you have it loaded, and the handles give out, that is a deal breaker. Absolutely shameful design mistake, that could very easily result in serious injury. Wrote to the company twice, never got any response. They should NOT be selling these, someone WILL get hurt.

excellent hand truck
Large foot securely holds load while inclined. Needed a folding hand truck that wasn't a toy. This is a tool, not a toy. I haven't tested the load rating but 440lbs may be somewhat optimistic. This fits nicely behind my office door and wall. Also fits nicely in a car behind the front seat or in the trunk.

I have now bought three of these.
I travel several months a year, and need a cart or hand truck to move what is in my van to a meeting room and back 2-3 times a week.My co-worker and I both use these in our travels. This has one small think I do not like the hand grips fold in and out ( like in the picture ) which is good, the bad thing is they want to keep folding out the detent is not strong to prevent this.Other than that I do strongly recommend this or a similar folding hand truck.

Poorly made
Incredibly poorly made. Lasted less than 3 months with very light (once a week) use before folding mechanism split. Ordered replacement and the replacement one wheel rubs against the bracket. Apparently no quality control in place with this. Steer clear.

Very useful and compact
Very useful and compact. This can handle a substantial weight and the cable ties aid in securing the load. Good quality.
