Life saver for me definitely
Before I took this supplement, I was suffered from mood swings, depression and very dark negative thoughts, I was almost going to see doctor but I did not want to take lithium. I decided to give this a try and I am glad I did so. On the first day I took it, it was doing the work already that I feel less depressed. Today is my second day taking it, it is going better that I do not feel very happy but at least my mood is stabilised and I feel calm. I will keep taking this and observe the situation. It has wonderful additional function of increasing my brain clarity, that I understand textbook concepts faster and easier than before. Great product, will definitely buy again!
I actually bought this product to help with pain relief as well as mood. Many of the ingredients in it are used for the relief of nerve pain and it seemed to be a better combination of herbs than anything being marketed as a pain relief product. It was for my wife who was sceptical of it working as she's had such severe pain for a few years now and meds from the doctor don't entirely help and we've tried a few other things. From the first day of taking it, she felt it improved her mood and gave her a sense of general wellbeing that she hasn't had in a while. Within a week or so, it began to help with some of the pain she has too. She also says every morning when she gets the bottle out of the box the packaging gives her a smile! Only negative I can really say is that the tablets are quite large and she can sometimes have trouble with larger tablets due to issues swallowing, but thankfully has managed so far.

Pleasantly surprised
In general I view herbal supplements as a bit of a con but I have to say I definitely noticed a difference with these. I've tried all sorts of medications, techniques, books etc etc for moderate to severe anxiety and have had varying degrees of success. Whether the placebo effect or genuine, I noticed an uptick in mood and was more relaxed so will continue to order.

This is actually effective. Not a miracle worker but does seem to help stabilise my mood. I find it works best when I take one in the morning & one in the afternoon. The slightly drowsy side effect will go in a few days.

Stick with your doctor
Been taking as instructions suggest yet I’ve not felt one bit of difference these so called herbal remedies you don’t know what is in them for all I know i could have been taking someone’s grass cuttings

So glad I gave these capsules a try!
I have suffered very badly with depression for years and have found it is such a hard struggle to get through every single day/night....some days being much worse than others! I am taking anti depressants for this condition which doesn't really help all that much as I still feel the same. I came across your Joy-Filled 'natural herb' veggie capsules which states on the jar that it 'supports a positive mood'. To feel some positivity and a sense of wellbeing in my life after so many dark days felt like an impossible dream and, even though I was very sceptical at the same time as being hopeful, I thought I would just go ahead and give these capsules a try! The fact that they contained only natural herbs also really attracted me to the product. Well, I have been taking 2 capsules, as advised on the jar, religiously every single day without fail since they arrived on 9th May 2021. As I say, I was sceptical and I wasn't at all sure if I would see any improvement however, approximately 2 weeks in, I noticed that I was feeling more at peace in myself and my dark days had definitely lifted from me. I have been on these Joy-Filled capsules for nearly a month now and I can really see an improvement in my mental health and outlook on life! So much so, that I have now amazingly reduced my anti-depressant dosage by 5mg and still feel good. This is just my own personal experience and I wanted to share it with you. I can honestly say that I am so glad that I found these capsules and took a chance on them.
