Why is the sugar content so high? Your coconut oil has almost nothing..if this is so pure why so high?
It's natural for the oil within the creamed coconut to separate out on top. For best results, place the jar in warm water and stir the oil and coconut flesh together until combined. For Cocont Milk; to make 250mls, add 50g of creamed coconut to 200mls of hot water and whiz up until combined. For Coconut Cream; to make 250mls, add 70g of creamed coconut to 180 mls of hot water and whiz up until combined. For recipes and tips, please visit our website.
