Best bag ever!
I use this for sports standbys and I loan these out to other EMTs doing standbys. There is plenty of room and it holds the D tank pretty well. I wish there were more individual dividers in the main section. The straps are very sturdy and the bag has been extremely durable and easy to clean.

98% well built.
98% of this bag seems to be well made. The 2% that isn't is the lower part of the shoulder straps that immediately broke the first time I picked it up while the bag was still empty. I expected this to be the case however and I wouldn't anticipate having quality stitching on shoulder straps unless you're willing to pay more than $200 on any bag. This is certainly not stitched like you would expect from a 5.11 or similar product. So if you get this pack you're going to be doing some stitching. I'll be getting some higher quality materials for the shoulder straps and I'll do a much better stitch job myself. Otherwise, the rest of the bag appears to be made of good material which should hold up well in the field. The material appears to be splash and water resistant. The top carrying handle appears to be well made and stitched. The exterior bottom of the bag is made of a thicker rubber like material. There is one large unorganized outer pocket and two smaller detachable side pockets that are secured with a plastic clips. All of the zippers are well made. The inside of the bag is well organized with several small velcro detachable inner pockets, a single large detachable pocket, and an O2 carrying bag. The inner face is organized with several pockets of varying sizes. The clear plastic material that the pockets are made of isn't the highest quality that I've encountered (I've seen much thicker and higher quality on other ems bags) but I doubt that this will be a serious problem. It's a medium capacity bag that would be well suited as a first in bag for first responders. My greatest critique is the very poorly built shoulder straps. For $80 though, I think you're getting your money's worth.

Much nicer and larger than I thought it would be. Seems to be of high quality for the price paid.

I bought this to combine my oxygen and trauma equipment. I packed all my equipment in it and I went to lift it and the shoulder strap on the bottom broke. I haven't even used it yet and the it's already broke.

Don't buy if you don't have to. Straps don't hold.
I LOVED this bag for the few days I was able to use it! It held everything I needed, plus more! Then one day...I went to pick up the bag to use it, and the strap ripped half way across at the top of the bag. Used the other strap only for the rest of the day, as well as the next day, and the strap on the bottom of that side broke right off! Sad that such a great quality bag, has horrible quality straps! Will be sending it back for a refund, and looking for another bag.

Worth the money
Works exactly as its supposed to. Love the color coded pockets inside. Makes it easy to categorize and find things in a hurry. Only complaint with there was connections on outside for the two extra tall pockets ( shown here in side pockets- they are not attached to bag)

Nice kit
Great kit, but had to alter the shoulder straps so they wouldn't pull out at the buckle
