are these large enough to steam an artichoke in?

I never make artichokes, so I don't know. However, I have made lots of things that take up more than a bag. I use a bagfull and make the rest later.

Are these reusable? and how mins of maximum cooking time can it be used for in the microwave?

Not reusable. I use the auto setting for raw vegetables.

I'd like cooking guidlines for the 25 pack, Large bags? My large bags came with guidelines for the smaller bags.

It should be able to follow the same guidelines, using the # of items as 1/2 full or full and type of item to figure the cooking time. The bigger bag allows for larger items such as a whole ear of corn to fit. Just don't over stuff the bag.
