This has become my go to cure for muscle cramps, whether caused by working or exercising too hard. It really works better than anything else I've ever tried or used. I've tried homemade combos of potassium salts, Tums, magnesium pills, etc. I gave up on Gatorade decades ago - that's become a useless Kool-Aide soft drink that dropped most of its electrolyte content to make it taste better and is one of the most useless sports drinks ever.Dunno why people don't like the taste of this Pedialyte or think it's too salty - heck this thing is supposed to replace the electrolytes your body is craving when your muscles cramp up!Like they said in Idiocracy - "It's got ELECTROLYTES!"

Like the taste and it relieves leg cramps but it's getting too expensive.

I love this stuff. I keep it on hand for when I get... Well, you know, lol! Anyway, works like a charm.

This is the only flavor my kid will drink. But its a great re-hydration tool, especially for when the kid is sick or on long hot days at the park. As an adult I'll use these on hikes too, great way to give you a little flavor mixing it up from the water intake but also giving you some needed nutrients.

Good flavor and trying to find it in other flavors. Price was good. Husband likes the flavor too.
