I ordered a Chart House gift card from ACI Giftards, Inc....DO NOT BUY from this agent! I ordered it to be sent to my sister in Maryland. She was to receive it by last Tuesday. This card came to my house in MN on Saturday, it had been opened, removed from it's sticker card, then, re-taped, upside down onto the sticker card. I suspect it has been used, but she will validate. There was no driver signature required...it just arrived with other boxes. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM ACI GIFT CARDS, INC! False information, order not completed as was stated, and order not delivered as ordered in any way!

Absolutely disgusted on how $200 worth of product would be sent this way. The gift cards were attached to the cardboard with stickers because the glue on the original cardboard was so old that it wouldn’t stick anymore. One of the cardboards was ripped in half. This was a gift and I am embarrassed to give this to someone in this condition.
