I got a broken one which wouldn't charge items at full capability.It would charge a phone, but not anything with greater power needs - which is what I had purchased it for.Reotech-US took good care of me.

I am using it to charge a laptop. I like the long cords. It is handy to be able to use the cord length to facilitate using the laptop for long Zoom sessions.

Works great for my phone, but doesn't charge my laptop (yoga Lenovo).

The converter is a little large, as a square and not a rectangle, but not so bad that you cannot travel with it. Cables on it are nice and strong and look like they should last awhile.Big part is that it can charge my Lenovo t490s even under full load, which is all I really care about. The converter gets slightly hot, not worry some hot though, so all is good. Will update if anything changes.

Excellent for a small laptop charging via USB-C

Smaller, lighter and MUCH cheaper than the original charger. Great value for money!
