Must have item for summer
With summer upon us, I made sure to buy another stick of chub rub, this stuff is worth the money. One stick will last you the season, its the size of a smaller sized deodorant. Its literally a must have for any person who gets heat rash either from rubbing thighs or from sitting when you start to stick to the chair! While it definitely works to keep pain away, I recommend reapplying if you are out all day as a few hours after first application it will wear off. I also use it for any razor burn or chafing in the bikini area, its very effective! There is no scent or stickiness, its a mix between a wax and a salve.

It Works!!
At first, I was a bit skeptical, upon using it the first time, it was a bit flaky. Then a few days later the flakes went away and it rolled on smooth. So the true test came when I wore a tennis skirt with the little shorts under it, any woman with weight on her who wears these, knows that there is a ton of annoying thigh rubbing. 😖😖 The first time I wore the skirt (without chub rub) my thighs rubbed horribly and I came home to a horrible and painful heat rash between my thighs. Well I wore the skirt again today, with chub rub. I ran errands AND did a high speed 2 mile walk, and I have ZERO irritation in between my thighs. This thing works! Just buy it!

Interesting
This was my first go at a product specifically made for chafing and it’s been interesting to say the least. In moderately hot weather- say 70-80F- it works well. I can last a full day without putting anymore on and the feeling of it fades fairly quickly. Once you get above 80 though, whew. I sweat it off almost immediately and found myself reapplying throughout the day. When using it I found the best way to apply was to do one or two passes on the affected area and then run it in with your hands, but man this stuff can be stubborn when it comes to trying to wash it off. Good for chafing, bad for getting it on your hands. And even if you don’t run it in with your hands, it will get on the outside of the stick, so you’re touching it either way. It’s texture also became strangely grainy- it doesn’t bother me that much because it rubs out, but it was unexpected.Final thing to really know about this is that a little goes a long way. The second this stick touches you, it is melting onto you from your body heat, you really shouldn’t need more than two passes.Overall I think I’m going to test the waters of chafing sticks a bit more, but I do think this is a solid option especially if you want something all natural.

Works great, no baby powder mess!
I usually use baby powder for chafing. It works great but it sure can make a mess. And since I use it everyday it's an everyday mess. I love this product because it removes the mess that baby powder came with. The product works great for chafing, it's not oily or anything like that. I use this under my breasts as well as between my thighs and I am extremely extremely happy with the product!

Product works, BUT...
The product works. It really does relieve (and help prevent) the discomfort/pain of chafing. Here's what I don't like about it.1. The containers are very small, so the product runs out fast. As with all containers like this, there's a large amount of plastic and a small amount of product. It's too expensive per unit for what you're really getting.2. The product melts/applies quickly, so it's really easy to scratch oneself with the sharp edge od the applicator in a place that may already hurt pretty damn bad. I can't be the only one who's done this. (Again, this happens with deodorant in this kind of applicator as well.)3. Can we talk about the name? I suppose it's supposed to be cute. Maybe it was even proposed by a roomful of fat people who laughed their heads off when they thought of it. Or maybe it was proposed by a roomful of slender people. Who cares. One way or another, not every fat person is super-comfortable with their body, and so a product name that plays with the idea of excess weight can be hurtful to varying degrees. As a fat person myself, I have to suck it up and be gracious, or even smile or laugh when people tease about body size and shape ALL THE TIME. It's exhausting. I bought this thing anyway because there aren't a ton of options, and many of those are even more expensive. But it bothered me to buy something that can predictably feel bad to the fat people who are the product's most likely customers (not its only customers—I know). You can tell me to get over it, that I'm being over sensitive. I've heard it before, and it's always helped me understand the people who say that s---.
