Another great informative book from Rebecca. She always compiles all the research into a short read. The style of writing isn't too technical either. This is a very interesting topic as well. Some of the stuff is pretty fascinating, such as using silver to keep your gums and teeth healthy.

A very concise and enlightening short article well worth the time spent reading. Every mother needs to read this short book
