Seven Days Walking explores the idea of the same walk done over seven days, but each day the experience is different due to many factors - the weather, the season, the walker's mood, the appearance of different wildlife, etc. Einaudi plays piano alongside cello and violin, returning to the familiar sound of his solo piano recordings with this beautiful blend of soft strings complementing his minimalist melodies. Shows Ludovico Einaudi's enormous range of talent with subtlety and sensitivity
This seven-CD set, one for each day of the week, is a tour de force of Ludovico Einaudi's enormous talent. Many of the tracks can rightfully be called piano meditations, as though Einaudi is working through his feelings and thoughts about what he is doing in the moment, at the keyboard, mirroring what he is thinking and feeling; others are lyrical songs without words. You have to experience it in order to absorb the full impact. There are several collections of Einaudi's works, but this is the best one yet.

Hours of beauty!
I did buy the first cd months ago and I wasn't disappointed with the music.So rather than keep buying one by one I decided to wait for the whole box set. Well worth, Love it!!I have listened to all of them a few times now and I have even listened to the same song consecutive on the 7 days (or 5 /6 as they don't always appear in all of them) to look for the different nuances and they are indeed plenty of them .A pleasure to listen to and relax for hours.

Accessible classical for those that know nowt!
Classical music critics sneer at the music of Einaudi, lending to the perception that classical music is inaccessible to us mere mortals. However, the perceived simplicity of this box set is to my ears beautiful and this is music to simply get lost within. In a hectic, busy and sometimes cruel world, the ability to switch off and imagine something better comes across in these seven volumes amazingly well. Beautifully packaged, it may not float the critics boat but I have fallen for it and look forward to seven hours of quiet contemplation this winter.

Vale la pena esperar.
Tardó un poco en llegar porque estamos en mitad de agosto y con la pandemia hay problemas pero ha valido la pena esperar un poquito. Es una música relajante ideal para trabajar
