This back support belt arrived in a clear plastic bag with no instructions or manufacturer information, so I had to check the details online. It’s easy to use and fits tightly with a two-layer design, you can tighten the first strap and then add extra support with the second strap. I’ve used a rigid doctor-prescribed brace before, which provided stronger support. This one has no hard back panel, so the support is softer. Overall, it’s comfortable and works fine as a temporary replacement.

Just received this product & was hoping for the best. I’m a size 4-6 petite so was delighted to find a size S/M. Tried it right away & it’s so very undersized & probably too small for the average person. If the manufacturer were to add 6-7 inches more in length, it would be perfect. Other than the size, it is a fabulous quality product, definitely good for back issues, & I am planning on keeping it.

I can't speak for someone with disability, chronic pain or injury, but if you're looking for a little more back support, this is it. bought because the I got a weighted blanket, which is cozy for real, but was giving me instant scoliosis as it compressed my back, didn't think it'd work that well but it did wonders to fix my back pain and prevent from permanent damage. very comfortable to sleep with, didn't slide around, I'm a sweaty sleeper and I didn't wake up drenched so its pretty breathable too and best part is the price, others are hundreds, this is cheap asf

Being a caregiver, I really needed extra support after a recent back injury. This brace is adjustable and fits well under or over my clothes. I use it every day while working, and it makes a huge difference in my comfort levels. It feels very sturdy and supportive.

I didn't find this useful for my low back because it rides up, especially if you sit down. Of the three I got this was the best mostly because it is shorter than the others were and I am 5'0". The rest all came up way too high on my chest. At least this one didn't push my boobs up when I sat down like the others did. I wish the front were shorter and the sides were angled so you could still put pressure on the back without having so much bulk in the front. The bottom front part acts like a lever, pushing the back up. Even being as big as it is, it really only puts pressure on a small part of the mid back even when I put it as low as I can. The part that tightens it also goes all the way around the front so you have to have as much pressure on your stomach as you want on your back. The Velcro is incredibly strong, so it wouldn't be necessary to do that. They could have made that shorter as well so the pressure would be more focused on the back. It might make it less durable but in this case, I would choose less durable over less functional even though durability is usually more important to me. I might as well just use shapewear instead because that's basically all this does, just with way more unnecessary bulk.

Had lumbar 4-5 laminectomy 4 months ago. It's not too light or too heavy. Helpful for walks supporting hips and lumbar. Wear under or over clothes. Grateful!

This is comfortable and provides support I was hoping for. The regular size was too big and the small fit well. I’m 130 pounds and a size 4, for reference.

Tan pronto llegó el producto lo revisé y lo probé. Yo soy talla 30-32 y tal y como lo indica la descripción es unitalla y me quedó excelente, con un ajuste perfecto, ya usandolo me doy cuenta que me provee el soporte de espalda baja que necesito, en mi caso lo uso para evitar lesiones al mover a un adulto mayor y creo me será de mucha utilidad. Para aquellas personas que lo usarán para problemas de espalda baja, creo que es una buena opción de compra. Gracias Amazon.

Finally my wait is over ,i've had a Muller back brace before recomended by my physio ,years ago but it was wearing out ,so i took the plunge and ordered a different drand,what a dissapointment they were ok but the wrap around straps were not up to standard ,and the so called velcro type sticky straps were not very secure so i went and ordered Again The Muller Back Brace, and one size fits all proper Velcro wrap arond straps that Don't come off no gaps in the straps ,sorry this is long winded but happy again al last . ps The Order deos take a long time to come through so be patient

Great value product, comfortable and highly effective, set and forget you are wearing it, while it does its job perfectly. One size fits all, and more than that, you can vary the snuggly fit as you like. Bought it as a protective back warmer for the colder winter months, while sited for many hours a day at my computer desk, it works perfectly. Very happy with my choice, highly recommended.

Although the quality is very good the sizing is not. I bought S/M but its more like an XS/S.
