What is the best way to clean this product from the floors?

This product is for hair, I believe just water and scrub it’s fine

Does this work as a dry hair detangler? If not do they make something that does??

Yes, it can work like that. My hair texture is fine and straight on top and curly underneath. It gets weighted down easily by heavy conditioner so when I use this in my hair when it’s dry, it does change the texture a little and weigh it down some but that works for me because I use it on the ends. Since it sprays, it’s easier to control how much you use at one time though. Hope this helps.
