Prouduct works great, but didnt last. One month and it's gone.I'm I doing something wrong

Does Younger Looking Beard's dark brown end up with a purplish tint like other non hypoallergenic beard dyes?

I have a light black beard/goatee. i tried black beard and it looked like i had applied make-up to my face....does this product really look natural?

The product really worked well just as advertised. The only problem is it will run off on your clothing. I have a full beard so if I wear a collar or a winter item that you can flip up the collar it unfortunately rubbed off. I did call the company about it and they said they had not ever heard of this happening...I found this very hard to believe. They suggested using a beard balm afterwards as some customers said this helped. Wait! They just said they never heard of this?? Great product as it does look natural, but not so good in their un-honest response...in my opinion.
