does this come with mounting hardware?

Mine didn't come with any. I had to buy a separate gibraltar tom mount and holder. Make sure to buy the mount with the correct diameter. I don't exactly remember the diameter but you can check Tama tom mounts which have the correct size.

Does it work with roland td-3 v-drums module?

I'm pretty sure it would, I'm using an old TD-12 and it works fine, look in your setup on the drum brain and see id the PDX-100 is an option to select if not find the closest pad number, I believe I had to choose the PD-10, the X wasn't listed, my drum brain is a few years old...hope this helps

Will this work as a floor to for a td-17kvx?

Should work fine, I bought 3 of them and I'm using the for my toms. I just had to change the pad input, I'm using an older TD-12. I've been very pleased. Hope this helps

Is this pad compatible with the kat kt4 module?

Only if the kit has a 1/4 inch cable hook-up.
