Waza Craft is worth the extra price
I owned a substantial pedal board back in the 70's and these deliver an awesome sound. I even use my vintage 70's Boss Power Supply and Switch. If you are looking for that warm tone the Waza Craft Series is worth the extra price.

WAZA's UP
I have the Distortion and Super Overdrive Waza Craft pedals, but the Blues Driver is my favorite. I have the standard Blues Driver and I like it, so I knew the BD-2W was going to be a sure bet. When it went on discount, I could no longer resist the temptation. I have played it with the Keeley Katana Mini boost and the Boss GE-7 equalizer also both on at the same time. The BD-2W keeps its character in the mix. I prefer the switch in the 'Custom' voice position as the added sustain is much appreciated from my Strat single coil in the neck position. It just sounds good and that works for me.

One of my favorites!
This Boss Blues Driver has become one of my new favorites. It sounds good solo, or grouped with other pedals. The sound is so nice. It is a really sturdy pedal too. It also sounds good with a variety of guitars (Strat, LP, Flying V). It even sounds good on a small practice amp. Whether you are in a band or just a home noodler, you will love this pedal. If you only ever splurge on one Boss pedal, this is the one to get.

Great pedal!!!!
I'm not José Satriani, but for me this pedal has an amazing balance between an overdrive and a non heavy distortion. Just for music which requires a wide spectrum... Not only for blues... the internet can provide amazing explanatory videos about usability and vs to others like tubescreamer and so on...

Lightly crunchy, good response to volume knob input.
Has less crunch then it could. It is bluesy and it has crunch, but if you want more look at another pedal.

This was a Christmas gift for my son and so far he said he has enjoyed it.

Great Pedal for Fender amps
This pedal is stellar. I have a Deluxe Reverb Tonemaster and this pedal gets me the right kind of tonal grit for both overdriven clean and crunch. Works great for both. I always thought I was a Marshall Mesa guy but these Fenders have made me a believer in the Tonemaster thing. BUT, my pedals were not cutting it until I tried this one. Seems made for Fender but works great with my other amps too. Cannot recommend enough!!

Avevo già una versione Taiwanese e volevo concedermi quel piccolo upgrade per la "Silver screw". Si è dato il caso che ci fosse un Warehouse deal, con cui ho risparmiato circa un 20% dal prezzo del nuovo. E quindi conoscendo il pedale, ho pensato di fare un piccolo investimento per avere un pezzo un po' più da collezione.

que puedo decir es un pedal increible, nunca se habla mal de el, yo tengo el waza, que con la modificacion suena mas oscuro y sucio, y con la normal es mas brillante, ambos modos son increibles,

Great Pedal! This Pedal really opens up the sound of your amp. Beautiful top end sprinkle, and plenty enough gain. Not Metal gain, but great hard rock gain. Boss pedals are built to last, and are very consistent with great classic sound. For the price range, you don’t get better.

It's a Boss pedal so you can't go wrong. The beauty of this pedal is the versatility. You can go from a slightly distorted low gain right up to a nice modern metal hi gain. The pedal is excellent build and quality. I haven't used with a battery as it went straight onto my board with it's own dedicated power supply. Easy to use and sounds epic.
