This board is great. I wish they would send it. I have ordered twice and received the Beginner board with four feet, instead of the Advanced with the center raised area.

I'm in my 60's and having foot pain from neuropathy or osteoarthritis. Since I have used this balance board it has strengthened muscles in my feet, ankles and legs. Definitely helps with pain, strength and coordination. I have gotten so good at concentrating on balancing that I can work particular muscles. I stand in front of stair railing or side of tall bench to always be able to grab for stability, as going off-balance is part of using this equipment. The goal is to keep trying to balance which causes the use of muscles.

I bought this board because I had used one at my physical therapy office. My physical therapist had me using it to strengthen my ankle after bunion and hammertoe surgery. But I know how bad I need it for balance. I’m using it at home for my ankles and balance. It’s the best piece of equipment for balance.
