fresh and tasty
I cut up two or three every morning to put in the cereal I eat. Also will snack on one or two if I want something sweet to eat.

Great neutral sweet taste!
These dates were perfect. I blend them up into date paste & use them as a sugar substitute in everything. I made from cranberry sauce all the way to fudge brownies!

Terrible dates!!
Dates had a tough thick skin. Hardly any date, mostly skin. Skin was unchewable.VERY disappointed!! Will have to toss in garbage. First time ever disappointedwith any Amazon product!!!

Energy for the day.
These dates I eat at breakfast everyday. I have so much energy throughout the entire day. One bonus was that I have slimmed down. In the last 3 months I have lost 10 pounds and 2 dress sizes.
