I started taking these a couple of years ago after talking to my PCP. Personally, I did feel an improvement in my workout intensity. A coworker brought NItric Oxide test strips, a group of us tested our Nitric Oxide levels (you just have to apply saliva). Mine was the only strip that read "Nitric Oxide level Optimal".

This is an update: I am now getting the "Niacin flush". My face and arms were bright red and it lasted for about 15-30 minutes. This happened when I took the tablets on an empty stomach (as directed); prior I took this after or during meals. This being said: I decided to try powder magnesium Citrate, Powder L-Citrulline malate complex and Powder Arginine AKG.Like: Definitely the cost, much lower than the competitor brands. Easy to swallow and immediate results.Dislike: So far nothingI am 69 yrs. old, white female and my Systalic has been from 135-153 and the Diastolic 80 or under. I also have nocturnal hypertension which is sometimes higher than 153. I can lower my BP by deep breathing for several minutes, however, the BP would start rising within 30 minutes. I eat well, little salt use (I dislike salt) and am active. That being said: After receiving this today I took one capsule. Prior to taking this capsule, my BP reading was 141/76. 38 Minutes later my BP reading was 116/69. My ears have stopped ringing and I have an over all sense of well being. I was concerned about the "placebo effect" so I researched reports/data and yes, the data shows a significant decrease in both the Sys/Dia readings within an hour, therefore, I trust the results. I strongly advise to use caution in taking this and start with one pill as each person's body is different and not "one size fits all" works. I will be closely monitoring my results and will add to this review.

It’s alright. Not sure if it’s actually “extra strength “. The niacin is what causes that flare of heat and flushing. Idk if niacin actually helps with vasodilation though. It supposedly helps with atherosclerosis so maybe it wasn’t just a gimmick. I just have my suspicions. I feel like they put the niacin in there to creat the feeling of “extra strength “. But that’s just me you might enjoy it. I personally don’t. I guess I’ll under dose this one and take it with beetroot.

Works incredibly well I get such good pumps and I can notice the increased blood flow in my arms after taking this. I don't go to work out without it. I think this is my go-to because it's priced very well and it lasted me a long time. I will say though it's very strong so I actually take only two rather than the suggested three.

This gives me some of the best muscle pumps of all other NO2 products and I have tried a few. We will never get the original NO2 again, and it was amazing IYKYK. No side effects, great energy, no taste and easy to swallow. I will continue to use this product. Best I could find
