I would give this product 5 stars if the metal edges were slightly more rounded. I've found I rarely use this tool because the edges (not just the tip, but the entire thing) are a little sharp when compared with a plastic sewing needle. The sharp edges make it painful to use, so....yep, back to those blue plastic sewing needles. I even think the safety pin method is more comfortable. I also found that even the smaller tool is too big for some of my smaller locs (I have a little over 200, so I do not think that the smaller tool would work if you had actual sisterlocks. I do, however, like the design of the hole where the loc can be secured in place and use the bigger tool on some of my biggest locs at the back of my head.

This product is advertised for Sisterlocks. I have sisterlocks and I ordered the smallest tool that they said are for sisterlocks and guess what. It didn't work. This tool is too big for sisterlocks. It kept slipping and was too big to push through. This tool is best for bigger locks NOT SISTERLOCKS!!!! Unlesd you have a lot of new grow but once you get closer to the root your not going to be able to push it through. I gave 1 star because the shipping was fast.

This tool for interlocking my locs works very well. it is easy to use and works well with my loc size. I started my locs a few months ago and other tools have hurt but this one is very easy to use and does not hurt of get tangle into my hair.

These are wonderful. If you are considering purchasing this item and you are interlocking either your own locs are others for the first time i strongly recommend doing research on this process. I have 8 years of locs that i maintain on my own. Doing my own locs was challenging at first until i got the feel for it but once i did my husbands locs i got in my comfort zone. And the fininshed product from this tool is longer lasting look

A very good set of tools for braiding hair. It is very convenient to put everything in a small box. It's really rare that such a good quality clamp can be bought at this price.

I love this tool! It was easy to use and my hair looks so good after retightening it. I'll never go back to regular retwists. This lasts way longer.

I ordered this tool out of curiosity because it is the most economical. I used this tool to make my daughter's position, and I have quickly done a lot for the number of people she has, but it's awesome to reduce the time. If you want a good interlocking tool, that's it.

This tool is the best loc tool I ever purchased. A must have for locs.
