these pillows are super soft! the size is correct, i just bought plain white because i have cases to go over them, but the fabric is nice and sturdy, the filling is perfect! they came flat because they are vacuum sealed but fluffed quickly.

The directions to fluff are simple: shake them for 5 minutes or put them in the dryer (I do both!) and let them sit for 24-48 hours. These 12x20 pillows are great.
