I've been using this pillow for about 6 weeks and I've found that this pillow stays nice and cool all night and offers superior neck support for me. The pillow is firm, but not hard. I woke with a headache after the first use, but after that I had no issues and I found it gets a little softer after the first week of use, but once "broke in" it doesn't continue to get softer as many other memory foam pillows do; it continues to offer great support no matter whether you sleep on your side or back. Probably would not work well for stomach sleepers. The pillow is flat on one side, so only one side would be used for cooling support. (No instructions or information were included with the pillow) I keep mine covered in a zippered pillow cover as well as a pillow case strictly for sanitary reasons. I've had no odor from the pillow or problems with construction or material quality.

The pillow actually is extremely supportive and comfortable, but like another reviewer said, it is harder (read: firmer and more supportive) than perhaps some others. I thought the dip for the back of the head would be a little lower, but it still props your head up. That perfect chiropractor curve still eludes me. Didn't seem like anything special when I went to sleep but when I woke up I realized I had slept the entire night, which is extremely rare (30yo female, single mom, insomnia and frequently wake up at night). So it relaxed me way more than I initially realized. Would I buy again? Definitely.

I’m a pillow snob, I thought I’d find a cheaper version of those fancier pillows.But... you get what you pay for. I found this foam to be cheap/uncomfortable.I bought one of the “higher end”, more expensive pillows. The higher end one (starts with a techno ends will a gel) is f-ing amazing and worth every penny.

So I only gave it 4 stars because I havent slept on it yet, but this pillow is comfortable and supportive and just makes me want to fall asleep on it. It arrived quickly and came out of the box basically in it's shape, unlike similar pillows that I've had to wait 24+ hours to regain it's shape. I'm a side sleeper and it isnt too low, which is what I was initially afraid of, but the neck dip is perfect when laying on my back too. I cant wait to sleep tonight!

This pillow is unique. It really helps if you have neck problems. I sit on the computer at least half the day. For those who do the same, know what I am talking about. First, you try to sit straight and very soon your body sits all kinds of ways. You find yourself looking up and at the end of the day your neck is stiff and you can't look to your left or right. This pillow really helps to relax at night. I love it! And it's nice and cool. Give it a try, it's worth it!

I am super picky about pillows. I have a graveyard of pillows that didn't make the cut. Too low or high and I will wake up with a migraine and neck pain. This pillow is just right and I love the cooling part too. I mostly sleep on my side but this is comfortable on my back or side. So glad I found this pillow!

I’ve had this pillow for one day and it it already falling apart. The gel doesn’t stay cool for more than a couple of minutes and is actually hotter than a normal pillow.

I suffer neck pain for years. I have been hunting a good pillow. After use this pillow at my friend's house, I really like the texture. I am a medium size male 6 ft tall. The height of the pillow fit me just right. The cool gel really help people like me who experience flash heat. The gel only cool at the beginning, it still get warm as typical pillow after 15 to 20 mins.
