Battery appeared to be a direct replacement for org. battery and needed to be charged with only 3 per cent charge in it. Installed battery and charged to full power within two hrs. I would recommend this product , however the delivery of item was not ideal as to no fault of the seller. His part in this sale was great. The item was delivered to the wrong address.

I've had the battery in place for a little over a week. I installed it, charged it overnight, and discharged it completely through use the next day (approx 4hrs), then recharged again. Have been using it both on and off charge since then, with no issues. I use the "max performance" power settings in Windows 10 whether on battery or not, and so far can get close to 4hrs out of a charge.

Arrived quickly and holds a charge. Exactly what I needed. 15 month warranty is great incase something goes wrong.

The product arrived on time. It fits in my Dell Latitude E5430, works well, and charges fine. I have been using the battery for a few weeks now and haven't had any problems.

The battery I received fit fine, however, it was not recognized as a "Dell" battery by the computer, and immediately through an error message at boot. It would not charge, nothing. I had to return the battery and purchase one from a nearby store. It wasn't a "Dell" branded battery, but it was accepted by the BIOS for booting and charging.
