First Time Easy Smart Scan Connection Set-up Instruction(utube search" FS-VOIPCWS" : 1. Connect your mobile device to the Wifi network. 2. Search the iOS/Android appt;"2cu"; and download to your device. 3. Open app and under the Device list tab, click "+" on the upper right hand side. 4. Choose "Smart Sacn", then input your Wifi username and password. 5. At the same time plug the Night Vision P2P Network Camera into the power outlet. You will hear 2 "short-click" sounds, that means the device is on and ready. 6. Aim the camera to the SmartSacn QR code shown on your screen at within 0.5 to 1 feet distance for 30 second until you hear a Ding sound from the camera. Then click "Heard" button on your screen. 7. Waiting for WiFi connection setup by device automatically. Connect Successfully. 8. Now under the Device list, you will see "Discover 1 New Device" notice. Click on it and add it to your list. 9. Name the Device of the camera and input password shown on the back of the camera. 10. Press the icon of the device you want to monitor. Once connected, you will see the live video on your mobile device. Once the first time setup is done. I don't recommend it. I couldn't reach any type of support ...
Pain in the neck to connect to and make work. I got fed up with it not recognizing the QR code and it asking me for a password that didn't come with the packaging or instructions. It's a paperweight. I don't recommend it. I couldn't reach any type of support and the online tutorials were worthless.

Poor installation instructions.
Received this camera and noted the installation information was limited. Tried to install and could not get it to work with the information provided, no support number or web page noted, watched the you tube instructions, still a no go. Returned for refund and bought a different brand.

Software is crap! Camera is nice quality! I returned both cameras.

Cute robot cam!
Adorable camera, the audio quirks make it awesome for when you wana watch over a house or something. Best feature ever for kids, if you're a worrier and need to make sure that everything hasn't gone horribly wrong.Pretty easy to use, and hooked up with my internet no problemo!

The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that there was not any instructions included so that means no password for the device during set up. Very frustrating! Thankfully I was finally able to find a contact us form on 2cu.com and got a quick response or it would have been returned like many others. The manufacturer would save a lot of returns and customer frustration if they just included a quick setup guide, thier website and the password to the device, which by the way is defaulted to 123. Hopefully this helps others!
