I am a 4th year student and i live in hostel at my college and i became fat then i got to know about this product for upper body exercise and bought this . I loved this product it is made up of good quality iron and is covered with sponge due to which no pain is feeled on hand . I am able to do all body weight exercises with the help of this like push ups,chin ups,sit ups etc. I am also able to do abs exercise with the help of it😍. I am totally satisfied and loved this product. It is an alternate to gym. People who dont have time to go to gym for workout can buy this 😍. Love this product.

The pull up bar is not designed for Indian Doors. It just doesn't work given our door frames are not as thin as ones in US for instance. Also our doors don't open wide. So the product didn't work for us. Returned for full refund

Best exercise Baar... Value for money.. the material used is very nice and strong.. easy to use all the exercise. I assembled this in 5 minutes, very easy to assemble and easy to install on door.. go for it, for home gym...

Good one to have in home to maintain the fitness

Really bad buy. Initially did not get all the screws required to assemble. Requested replacement. This time I can't even assemble as incorrect parts were delivered
