Received the product an hour ago, already sending it back. The way the product is designed doesn't allow the arm to come forward and reach you so you basically have to be near where the clamp is to begin with. I had wanted to mount it on the back of the desk and pull it toward me in my chair and it has almost no reach. 2nd - I went to plug in the charger and it wouldn't work. I spent about 10 minutes trying to figure out why and then I fished out some of the cable that was inside of the shaft .. mind you not at the bend or a pinch point, but deep inside the shaft, and found it was cut like you see in the photo attached!

Dimensions given in the product review are false (or probably just worded to misdirect). It says "supports any iPad or tablet from 142 mm to 253 mm tall by 18 mm thick.". I have a lightweight flat monitor, which measures 232 mm. I was elated to see this stand could hold it (being it can go up to 253 mm). However, upon arrival, I discovered the furthest it will extend to is 200 mm... way short of their claim and much shorter than I need.

This is a reorder, put this product quality is not stable, I've order few times, each time it arrived to find different defeat but either cannot lick the screen holder firm or some of the parts are broken. But for sure each time the connecting cable to charge the device does not work.But with this price comparing to other seller with similar products, I'm still willing to try as long as it could hold the tablet firmly. I remove the charge cable and replace my own cable.But this time I return it for refund because it came with defeat.

Developed a pain which persisted for two weels in my shoulder and tingling in my thumb from holding my 6 inch screen Blu Pure XL cellphone . The pain was disrupting my sleep, so I bought this to give myself a rest. Works well, but have to adjust to a slight angle for my cellphone is not wide enough to meet the upper brackets. Works perfectly for tablets 7 inch and up. My largest is an Asus 10.1 T100. Angles and distance adjust easily for viewing and screen access.I keep it out for watching videos, pull it gently to me for screen use. Recommend this over the other $8 to $15 ones I bought and threw away before getting this keeper.

Horrible product...i should of listened to the other reviews. sank like a rock when i put my ipad 3 on it, no matter how tight i had the screws. returned it that same day. refund process was easy at least, I just got a table stand for my ipad.

The Product worked as advertised for a few months but then the part that actually holds the Tablet to the arm started to break under normal wear and tear. I would not purchase again because of this. If there were replacement parts for the ones that have stopped working I might have purchased those. Would not recommend to anybody looking for one, pay the $50 to $75 it will probably cost for a decent one.

The plastic ball joint at the end of the arm doesn't hold as tightly as it should when lifting the weight of my iPad 4th gen tablet. It would be much better if that joint were made of aluminum and could tighten more firmly, more like a camera quality mount. Otherwise its OK, USB charging cables are a nice touch.

Little disappointed with the size ( little short ) but works great , anything from my phone to iPad will fit. And the USB plug is just great idea .

internal wire is flimsy, wont connect to pc or power to charge/connect my device. clipped it off. left a two star review. i was then contacted by the seller asking me to remove my two star rating. well, i dont think i was being unfair before, but now i am Genuinely offended. bad product bad seller i cant give 0 stars so here's your one.

Great value, fast direct (from China) shipping! Will easily support surface tablet at 2 foot extension. The terminal connection is plastic and may break eventually otherwise would be five stars.

It is steady but the mount to hold the Tablet comes of to easy from the arm when you want to put the tab in it
