The brush stopper/excess mascara came loose. Will never purchase again. Not usable after this happened after the first use

I want to begin by saying that I love how this product makes my lashes look. They look long and fullish, but without the clumps!Let it dry for at least 5 minutes, as you can expect your upper and lower lashes to stick together when you blink or close your eyes for a few moments. When I wash it off, it seems to come off in strings.I sadly will not order it again. This product is made in China. The product ingredients and details are all in Chinese. The English writing on the back doesn't make sense (you can see this for yourself when you look at all of the pictures provided by Amazon). Taking all of that into account, I cannot know if this product is really safe. Therefore, I sadly cannot suggest it to anyone nor order it again.

UPDATE: 9/29/19After several uses, wifey indicated that it difficult to remove, more then a gentle pressure at the same time losing a couple of lashes during the process. Not to mention, upon application, wifey indicated some minor tingling/burning sensation. Two stars because the product looked great on and didn’t run/smudge with humidity or sweat.But, only two stars because it comes from China and the only English writing on the package makes no sense. Can’t read the ingredient list. I would’ve overlooked this, and I did for about two or three weeks, until one night my left eyelid had an intense burning/itching feeling. I used make up remover to take it all off, but it’s never easy to remove. I noticed a few of my eyelashes (only a few, not trying to be dramatic) came out when I used my makeup remover. My eyelid has been sore, red, and continues to burn for three days.Long story short, I’m going with what my gut initially told me which was not to trust a product where I can’t read the ingredient list from a company I can’t do any research on

The volume I get with this mascara is phenomenal. I love the look of lash extensions but after experiencing my lashes being damaged by them, I just wanted to make my natural lashes look fuller. This does the trick. Lasts all day and removal is easy, especially with micellar water. Very happy to have ordered this!

I really loved the overall design of the product! When I found this product for the price I got it I was excited. Overall i give it 5 stars on design and brush. The only flaw is that it didnt hardly dry and that was not with applying a lot either. I tried just the right amount and I could have baked a cake and played some monopoly and it was still not dry.
