Arlo Pro 2 VMS4430P-100NAR Wireless Home Security Camera System with Siren, Rechargeable, Night Vision, Indoor/Outdoor, 1080p, 2-Way Audio, Wall Mount, 4 Camera Kit, White (Renewed)

The first kit I ordered came without a base-station. I contacted Amazon and they had the seller make it right within about 5 days. Since then I've had no complaints. Motion detection and night vision both work well. The batteries stay charged for 2-3 months. The range from basestation is not a true 300 feet if you have anything between the station and the camera, it will cut this distance down dramatically. But in my case, it was easy to install in a central location. I went with the Kiwi Security Mounts and some generic silicone camera covers. Took maybe an hour to install a 4 camera setup and download the app. App works perfectly so far; just a small amount of lag but not really noticable.So far, its been a great investment. I will update my review if anything changes.

I love these cameras. I was worried because I have very unstable internet but these work great with it. And the camera can pick up motion from very far away which is nice and can set sensitivity for motion and to only detect motion from certain spots. Way better than expected. All these one stars must’ve just had bad luck or bad delivery.

Edit:. First off, Deal Parade fixed the mess up, one of my cameras didn't have the weather plug for the micro usb charging port and Deal Parade sent me on. The cameras are great for what they are. Arlo on the other hand is about impossible to work with. They have to have just about the worse customer service ever. I asked them if I could get a plug and they want me to pay to ship the camera back and send me a replacement, when the part itself is probably 8¢. So no I do not recommend arlo as a company, they are no good, but Deal Parade made it right which was awesome.I think the cameras could be okay, mine came missing the usb cover.

First cameras I’ve ever bought and they are the best. I love it that my camera footage is saved on the cloud. Which means if someone breaks in and steals the base unit you still have the camera footage online so you can turn the thief into the authority. The arlo app is easy to use and setup.If you buy this the best thing to do is buy mounts for cameras the screw the camera to them and bought security brackets with chains. The point of these extras is that no one will try to move or steal cameras because it’ll take to much time to take cameras down and the thief will be caught on camera.

The media could not be loaded.  The Arlo Pro 2 has very clear video and the colors are so bright. If is as if you are physically in the room. Easy to use cameras is a bonus!The above photo is with the night vision.Awesome

cameras started to fail within 24 hours due to battery issues.System states batteries need to be replaced/charged. The units are pluged to external power source.Not happy at all, not sure as to how to proceedupdate 10/25/19ALL OF THE BATTERIES ARE BAD AND WILL NOT CHARGE. WHAT ARE THE ODDS IN GETTING 10 BAD BATTERIES.I do not know how in the world you can even call these item refurbished.update 10/25/19Although this refurbished product is without a doubt bad, Amazon customer service is great - I do not know from a cost stand point they can be so good.They are allowing me to return all the arlos without the original packaging.I will be purchasing Brand New Arlo systems to replace.I do have other Arlo systems deployed without issues, battery life typically last well over 30 days without charging

The product is good, but if you have any issues with it customer service is non existent. You call, the open a case, then nothing. Then you get an email, to update case, you do it and nothing, 6 months later you get an email, you answer it. Then a few weeks later a call, telling you a replacement is on the way and use the packaging to return the faulty bit with provided rma. Guess what you get no replacement and a rin of rma emails with update your case...... nothing. DO NOT BUY THERE PRODUCT! they dont care for you after the purchase

Had the system for six months, everything worked perfect out of the box and continues to do so. I've wired three cameras to a permanent power source, I rely on the rechargeable battery for the fourth and it lasts a month or more on a charge. That's also the one that I accidentally shot with a pressure washer, it was blown off its magnetic mount and fell 10' onto concrete. I watched it bounce and the battery came out, but nothing was broken and it still works great. The app works great too. Highly recommended
