Pre-drill quality tools.
They are sharp they work well I like them go by Amazon, I usually break one a month but they’re worth the price.

Very useful tool for a very good price.
Nice bits for drilling and countersinking at the same time. The tapered drill produces a hole that uses the whole screw to grab wood, not just the upper sides, and with the drill shaft engaged in the wood, the countersink hole doesn't chatter and looks great. The adjustability of the countersink head also allows for different length screws, but really short screws can be a problem - long screws just require drilling deeper with a longer bit after starting the hole.Extremely useful item, a real time saver, and seem to work well in pine, plywood, and MDF. Haven't tried them in hardwood yet, but don't anticipate any problems there, just clear the chips more often.I took a scrap piece of 2x4 and drilled holes to store the bits - use one size up, so the #6 drills a hole for the #4 bit, etc. They hold nicely and are easily accessible.

Counter sink...endurance...
Priced reasonably..The tapered bits are pretty sharp...Not as durable as a fuller set..So you can't go wrong with this one.Turn around time also was pretty quick..

FTG countersink bits
The countersink bits work as advertised! Easy to adjust with the provided Allen wrench. I would purchase again.

Won't last too long, but hey, they're cheap!
These are cheap-literally. The hex shaft has separated from the drill shaft on half of the bits I've purchased. And yet, I keep buying them, because taper bits are the bomb, and these are...cheap!

Deceptive quality, corners cut in design, poor after-sales support
I really wanted to like these. They gave a nice first impression, feeling tightly manufactured, of good quality. However, this only went skin deep. I have three primary issues with them, as mentioned in the title.1) Most importantly, they do not last. They are not strong, with a fundamental flaw in their design. Previous countersink bits I've used, designed for impact drivers that use a hex bit, use a single, seamless piece of metal from the base of the assembly up to where it connects to the drill bit itself. However, if you have these (and this can be seen in other reviewers' photos), look near the base for a small silver pin pushed through the bit itself that is flush with the bit's walls. These countersink bits are actually two separate pieces of metal - one is a cylinder of metal inserted into the hex shaft (and held in place with the small silver pin mentioned above), and the second is an outer hex-shaped segment. So, in other words, the bit's success rests only on the strength of the small, silver, metal pin that holds the cylindrical bit inserted into the outer hex shaft in place. After about 50 uses of the 9/64" bit, this portion broke. The interior cylindrical shaft separated from the outer part, and I could see broken metal down inside of the hex shaft. The cylindrical shaft was actually the portion that broke, suggesting that the quality of the steel used is suspect. This is a very unfortunate design choice and undermines the longevity and quality of these bits.2) Another point on manufacturing quality, the four countersink blades themselves are much thinner, 1/2 or less, of the size of a competing brand of countersinks. Because of the larger gaps between the countersink blades, a significant amount of wood packs itself in the gaps between the blades. This makes the countersinking action less efficient, and I had to constantly clear small chunks of wood out of the blade region.3) Speaking to after-sales support, there isn't any that I can see. After the 30-day window that Amazon offers, the company itself seems to provide no support at all. I cannot initiate any kind of return through Amazon. I can't find a way to contact the manufacturer / seller to report my concerns, seek a refund, or other. I never appreciate a purchasing experience that lacks this support. It feels like the company only cares about the sales and doesn't care that those who purchase from them have a quality experience and achieve satisfaction. All in all, I am quite disappointed in this product. I hope the manufacturer will take this concerns to heart and improve their product. They also would do well to improve their customer support process.
