I finally FINALLY got tired of looking at the mess of cables in the house and started organizing. I ordered two completely different cable mgmt boxes. A white one for the office and this bamboo one for one of the bedrooms. I started with a bedroom.Opened the packaging and found this huge beautiful box and of the two boxes and based on price I expected the other one to be much nicer. Nope. This one is my favorite and the other one is going to go back and we'll get more of these.The power strip fit right inside and to my delight I was able to get all my device chargers for various travel and work gizmos to fit in there. I can even charge some of the devices right there in the box with the lid closed so I don't have to look at them.That's my primary use case in this one bedroom is for a place to put all those little travel chargers. The office has a different use case. I have larger charging bits and bobs that will go in the box and the wires all go out to devices with more permanent residence there in the office like computer, monitor, the power for the rising desk, two printers, and some equipment that I use when I make videos for work like a HQ mic and some lighting. I think everything will fit in this box but I'm not sure I can do it all with one box based on the device locations, so I might need two. But even though this box doesn't match my office gear, I'd rather have this than the cheap quality white plastic mess I bought that was more expensive and doesn't even compare. See photos. Seriously which one would you rather have in your home? No contest.If you're on the fence: get this one first.

Fabulous box. Would get 5 stars all around if it wasn't quite so tall in size. Much bigger than I thought. Well made and sturdy. Love the magnetic latch on the lid.

Wow, was I surprised at the quality and size of this box. It looks great and is large enough to fit my 6-outlet power strip with USB adapters + wires plugged into it, as well as two power bricks. It absolutely beats my old, smaller plastic box that I was using before this.The build quality is terrific. It looks like a small piece of furniture instead of a piece of plastic junk on the floor.The height was important to me because my old box was shorter and couldn't fit USB adapters with USB wires plugged into them when plugged into my power strip. The height on this one is perfect. Lots of room and lots of space for ventilation.I was asked by several people for the brand name of this box on Thanksgiving because people loved it so much. 5 stars!

Looks nice holds everything

This is the best cable management box in our home. It’s very sturdy & made from wood. You could actually place stuff on top if you wanted. I love the hinged top/lid. The top closes with a satisfying magnetic grip. No more having to awkwardly pry off the top when needing access to what’s inside like our other boxes. This looks really nice and it’s well made. I like the rubber feet on the bottom that keeps it in place even when the Roomba comes by. As an added perk they enclosed cable ties which are very handy to have. The free iPhone stand that’s included is a bit clunky for us but it’s very well made. I might find a use for it, maybe in the kitchen. I’m thinking of changing out some of our other boxes to this as it looks great on our hardwood floors. Plus, it’s cheaper and, I think, better quality than all our Bluelounge boxes.

The box itself if solid and sturdy. The cut outs are well placed and effective. This aspect is well doneHowever, there is no instructions at all for the cable management system. There are no pictorial diagrams. There is no reference website. As a result, I have bunch of pieces of velcro and tube connectors that are somewhat confusing on how to use them the most effectively with this box. This takes away from the full value of this purchase. If you are going to tout that you have a "Cable Management Box" --you should have addressed this as a top feature with some time of references on how to connect /flow cables through more efficiently. Also, there is no safety guide as well.If other buyers don't care about the cable management aspect, then this would be a better value.

Size description is wrong. The internal width is 4 3/4", not 5" as shown in picture. That 1/4" difference makes it where my plugs with power warts don't fit. I measured what I needed before purchasing it so I knew 5" would work for me. 4 3/4" is just short.The included phone stand has a design flaw. It has holes in it so that you can have your charger connected to it while it is in the stand just like other phone stands. However they made the holes wrong. If you look at the picture the holes in the shelf that your phone sits in are oval shaped length wise. There is no phone that would make their chargers lengthwise as that would make the phone fatter. They should have made the oval holes widthwise or just bigger all around.Other than these two flaws the build quality and materials used seem good so be sure these issues work for you before buying.

This was actually a very good purchase. I have a bunch of stuff plugged into one outlet in my bathroom and it looks MUCH better now!

Great product, nice deep box and easily hid my cable and cord mess under my desk. I love that this product is made from BAMBOO .. great to step away from the endless plastic.
