Great idea for protecting ovens grills and baking trays, clean up easy and reusable

These are absolutely brilliant, they disperse the heat evenly, they stop smaller foods falling through it sticking. They are so easy to clean and great for cooking evenly.

Absolutely brilliant. I cut one to fit on my baking tray and now when I do chicken wings etc they don't stick (nothing sticks to these mats). I put the mat in my washing up bowl that I do my pots in and wipe it then rinse it and leave to dry. And my baking tray is still clean. I've got one of the mats on my gas bbq, it keeps the rack clean and the burgers are juicier. I was quite doubtful of these especially as you can use them on bbqs and in ovens but they are amazing.I don't recommend that you put them in a dishwasher as it states you can on instructions my friend did and they felt different after, they only need a wipe as nothing sticks to them so you really don't need to put them in a dishwasher.

I don't know why I hadn't discovered these before! We had bought for my husband to use on the bbq but we have used them once on the bbq and daily in the oven/grill. Food cooks really well on them, from chips to sausages, fish, chicken, vegetables...we've tried everything on them and they cook just fine with the added bonus of not having to throw so much foil in the bin after. And cleaning is so easy - sponge clean is easy but we pop them in the dishwasher and cleaning is done! Really think these were a well worth purchase, they are sturdy will last for time, save us money on foil and so easy to use.

These are so good - you can cut them down to size, throw them in the dishwasher afterwards, reuse (hopefully) as many times as you need! Nothing sticks to them at all...
