I bought a used HP Elitebook 8560w, and the seller gave me some DELL charger with a compatible plug since he couldn't find the original one. When I brought it home, the laptop started randomly shutting down and the indicator showed that the battery was not present. The seller did not respond and I started losing hope, getting mad and almost threw it away. Until the last moment, I didn't realize it might be because of the adapter, but apparently, it was. With this one, it works like a charm.
