Very Effective!
I had used several probiotics that were not effective. One brand in a tasty gummy form (should have been candy instead), took double the dose and still did not stop my bloating and belching. I saw that Dr. Oz highly recommended this brand. I tried these, and they worked within two days. I can eat more types of gassy foods and not be bothered because I take this. The pill is a small capsule that is easy to swallow. No aftertaste, either.

This is a wonderful product.
This is a wonderful product... and no, I am not being paid to write this... I had gallbladder surgery years ago and my gastro doctor told me to take this... I recently had foot surgery and the anaesthesia made me very very constipated.. I took this and within a day or so I was regular again.. without any constipation or diarrhea... I now take it every morning with my daily vitamins... I think this is something everyone should be on.. I have a wonderful gastoentrologist ( spelling ?) and it he recommends it, it has to be good... very happy with this and will continue to take it...

Cured my Problem
I've had issues with diarrhea for years, finally recently diagnosed with diverticulitis. I started taking the chewables which gave me gas, then switched to these. After taking for about a week, I haven't had a problem since. Wish I had taken a few years ago. I've also modified my diet so this may have helped as well. I take one in the morning. They are expensive but worth it to me. There are 7 pills individually packaged in silver, I guess to keep them fresh. They are marked with each day of the week so you can tell if you missed a dose. This one contains 4 packages of 7 or 28 total pills. You have to carefully look at the details of the product to make sure you're getting just the probiotic and then to look at the quantities and cost of delivery to make sure you're getting the best deal.

What can I say? I've been going almost everyday. That's not something I could say before I started taking Align. While I can't say that my BM's are that magical, perfect doctor recommended shape and size, just the fact that I'm not blocked up, bloated, and straining is something of a miracle. This is only my second month taking them, but I've already recommended it to others. If constipation is your problem and you've already tried every fiber product and eating more veggies in a day than most of your coworkers do in a week, then I feel pretty good about suggesting that you put up the money and give this little pill a shot.

Actually works!
Love the packaging so you can keep track of which day you took the pill. Super handy feature. Only pro biotic that has actually worked for me, and I have tried them all. Great product.

Tried and true. Can't live without this
Love this probiotic. I can't live without it. I have Colitis and have suffered with digestive issues for 3 years. Until I started taking Align, I couldn't count on a regular system and had regular cramps and bloating. Now, I feel like I did before I was diagnosed. I love this product.
