Kiefer 811400-3 Ankle/Wrist Weights (1-Pair), 1.5 Pounds Each, Dark Blue

I like the fact that I can use these wrist weights whether I'm walking, working out on a mat, doing step aerobics, or in water aerobics. My wrists are thin so they don't stay in place very well. I can only tighten them so far. I find I need help snapping them on too. It's hard to snap by yourself.

Easy to put on, helps me stick to my 3 days a week 3 hours exercises in the pool! Wow great product

This is my second pair of weights. They lasted a 4 years even though I swim 3 times a week. I like they come in 1/2 lb increments. My only complaint is that they should accomodate for smaller ankles. I have them as small as they can go.

Easy on and easy off and comfortable also they are good as advertised for wrist and ankles

Use these in hot tub working on resistance

These are great water weights, however this pair are too much weight for me. I will get another pair; less weight.

These preform as I hoped for exercising in the water.

These weights help me to do deep water exercise, without stressing out my joints. I first tried 2 1/2 pound weights (each), but my fragile, soon-to-be-replaced knees were unhappy. I am 5’4”, 137 pounds, and these are enough to keep me vertical and stabilized while using an exercise belt in deep water.

I have these in three different weights. They are AMAZING! I got to aqua aerobics 7 days a week and needed something to up the intensity. These are water proof, comfortable to wear (and adjustable) and do their job! Since adding them to my work outs I’ve gained more muscle definition ! Highly recommend this product.The product has faded a bit - but like I said I go to the pool everyday and realize it’s from the chlorine. But that doesn’t bother me

Items were a little large for my wife's wrists. Not sure if they are going to remain on while she is swimming, which was the primary reason for purchasing.

I purchased a well known brand thinking it would mean quality. I was wrong. The ties on these ankle weights do not stay put and loosen up all the time. It's impossible to actually train with them.
