Does the job
Works pretty well considering how cheap the kit was and considering I've never waxed myself. Instruction sheet wasn't super clear. But, at almost the highest temperature the wax wasn't too hot and the wax that came with it pulled out the hairs effectively. No complaints here. I'm excited to save money on waxing and no more shaving.

It won't stay on
I bought this item and I'm just now using it for the first time as I write this review. The dial for the temperature is broken. It won't turn on when you turn the dial to on. The 'ON' light only shows up if I turn it on at high temperature. Once it's finally on, it cuts off within 2 seconds making it impossible to melt the wax. I will be returning this.

I use to pluck my armpits and it would take me a long time. But I order this kit and I loved it. The wax was good enough to pull all my armpits hairs. I know TMI!! Really good can’t wait to try it on other parts of my body!!😉

Not good.
Did not come with cleaning kit like described, so it was impossible to clean. Really confusing to use as well, not sure if beads were of good quality. I returned it.
