Great product
This is part of my lyme protocol. Good quality product with no nasties.

Smaller and easier to take than most
I take a couple of these Lysine tablets each day to keep cold sores at bay, and for what it’s worth I haven’t had any since taking this particular brand.What I especially like about these though is the size. Other lysine tablets are enormous and hard to get down. These don’t have a bunch of filler in them, plus each tablet is half the usual dose, so although I have to take two instead of the previous one with other brands, at least I don’t choke trying to get them down.

Keeps cold sores at bay. The week in between finishing a bottle and reordering I had a breakout. Have now purchased the extra large bottle in the hopes to never run out
