simple tools to help get you started
The BMI calculator is easy to use and the measuring tape is just what I was looking for - a better, easier way to measure, especially on the arms, when it can be awkward to do it yourself. It would seem to be a more accurate way to measure too since it tightens at the push of a button.

Kind of pricey for the tape measure
The tape measure is quite good for measuring torso circumference. But the BMI calculator was pretty much useless.
