As I am moving up in distance on the road bike and am working on increasing my tempo, I discovered that I needed a bit of help in the area of hydration because water alone wasn't working. I tried these hydration tablets while on a 25-mile ride in the Dallas heat. Adding these tablets to my water bottles worked wonders. The energized water and a small bite from a Bonk bar gave me the energy I needed for the ride's duration. The water tasted a bit chalky but that was easily remedied by using a portion of a tablet in the smaller water bottle. On the other hand, the light citrus flavor wasn't bad. Am glad I found these.

It taste good and kept me hydrated, expensive tho and the tablet doesn't fit in a bottled water.

I have been using the product regularly and am very happy. I like that the tablets are low/no-calorie. The price is fair and comparable to other top brands.

Pros: love the Effervescence!Im not huge on artifical flavors & dont understand why adults need things to be candy sweet- but this holds up as stated to be lightly flavored.Small hard package makes travel easy and sweat proof.Entire product dissolves easily- no need to shake or stir.Neutral: I found the package a bit misleading. It is MG/L so you'll need TWO tablets to achieve the salt amount on package.Thus PRICE is about $2.50/serving.I am a salty sweater and will easily pound through Im guessing a few tubes a week.Im going to try the 1500 amount to save a bit of $$.Cons: I saw so many mentions about keto i was surprised to see 2g sugar in form of dextrose & sucralose per serving. Making it 4g for desired salt amount. I hear this product mentioned on That Triathlon Show, (love it- great show, science & info check it out) & they are always saying how glucose is superior form of energy - so disappointed that isnt the ingredient.Package isnt very environmentally friendly to go through so many tubes!It would be cool if they sold a mass quantity to refill the tube. I am cringing at the idea of all my tubes in a landfill.And packets etc.I gave 3 stars for price and small quantity per use. Flavor is lovely & light, dissolves easily & I am going to upgrade from 1000 to 1500.Definitely a solid product for what is on the market. I tried LMNT initially and saw such incredible results with joint pain and energy but encountered some quality control issues. And that can be quite dangerous with salt & Potassium.

Love the product so far, as a heavy sweater I really appreciate the different levels of electrolyte mix. I will be purchasing again.Training hard and hydrating with Precision Hydrate!!

Effervescent drink that’s tasty but does not have a strong flavor. Great way to re-hydrate after a heavy workout.

After undertaking a sweat test a year ago and knowing my sweat rate, I’ve been able to dial in my hydration using PH. Great product and good service.
