Fast service amazing product
(Edit: the company has reached out to me and it is my genuine understanding that my review is not typical they have sent me a new one. I received it pretty much overnight. It looks to be in great condition. It is my opinion that the one I got was not typical of the product this one came with a full charge, and was easy to set up in case anyone has wondered if they are easy to set up in my original review I talk about how bright and how nice it is so I won’t repeat myself ) Although a truly beautiful, sleek and luxurious design form and function this tail light I havePaid for I have one on my bike and one on my fiance's bike. The one I have I've had for probably a month longer and as of 2 days ago it seems to have vibrated loose or just falling apart from the mounting bracket hit the pavement we were bicycling on and now the power button does not work. I have managed to force it to turn on by wiggling. It smacking it tapping it and it will cut on but after a number of seconds it cuts right back off. I am extremely certain that this is from the fall, which means it's not very durable but it's not supposed to be dropped which is why this is even part of the review. It only fell because it came off the mount by itself while we were riding. Now I wasn't taking it downhill on a BMX track, but the roads that we have are unfortunately not the nicest most well-paved roads. There are a couple of bumps that are very repetitive and hitting them at 11 or 12 mph. You definitely noticed that they are there being that this device is used for people who are writing on a road and need turn signals. I can't help but feel like the failure to be durable enough to withstand. The vibrations of bumps on the road is a absolute failure and that it just simply doesn't hold up. My fiance has since taken hers off of her bike so that we at least have it to use when we're writing on trails. She says she at least wants it so that if the sun starts to set she can be seen on the trail but for how much you're paying and for all of the luxuries that this thing looks like it has. I can't help but feel like it should last longer than a month if you're riding back and forth to work on the street.I am really disappointed with the way the bracket broke and if it's still worked I would try to find a way to glue or tape it to my bicycle but since it does not work I really don't know what to do from here.Considering that this may be an isolated incident, I do want to move forward and say that the laser lights shot onto the ground as you are riding are wonderful and very easy to view from the back or side. Gives your dark profile a much brighter and easy to see visual position for anyone from a distance. The tail lights definitely do work when you press the button. It's about to Mississippi before they turn on and they work for a number of seconds before turning themselves off. You don't turn them on and off. You simply turn them on and they time out and they time out relatively quickly but enough for a bicycle to make a turn. If you're looking to do a lot of writing in cities where you're going, one city block or two city blocks, it's probably enough if you're looking to ride in places where the speeds of the vehicles themselves exceed 25 mph. This may not be enough because legally we're required to use turn signals for 100 ft. The second that this blinks does not cover 100 ft if you're planning to turn and are going as slow as four or five miles an hour. Even so, both the turn signals to hazard lights and the lasers on the ground can be seen from several hundred feet away and are a beautiful, bright color, but not so bright that it would hurt someone's eyes, although I'm sure everyone could recommend not looking directly into where the laser comes from. The shape appears to be as aerodynamic as it can be considering the way that it mounts and also appears to help divert water from any critical parts of the machine itself. If this thing would simply stay attached then I would be absolutely over the moon for this product. I wouldn't feel right asking for a refund because if it was an isolated incident I really wouldn't mind having a replacement, but I'm working a lot right now and I don't really have time to sit and think about how to move forward.

COVER THE LIGHT SENSOR!!!!
Fully charged, will only run for about 10 minutes. Every time I stop for a water break I checked to see if it is on and it never is. Not impressed. Referenced the documentation that came with it, aside from sounding like it was written by Tarzan, not helpful at all.Update: They reached out to me. They said there is a small sensor on the bottom that detects light and during the daytime will shut off automatically. Seems like something worth putting in the "Manual" (there isn't one). Covered the sensor with a piece of black electrical tape and it now works as expected.

Very bright, highly visible, uses standard 18650, NOT water resistant!
"Is Waterproof True"See photo; The cake is a lie. THIS LIGHT OFFERS _NO_ WATER RESISTANCE, at least nothing greater than IP22; note the yuge unfastened gaps in the construction. I am thinking of using RTV to add some water resistance plus glass windows for the laser projectors. I docked two stars for this, as one would naturally expect gaskets to keep the water out, as the wheels WILL kick up water when riding your bike. Implying a high Ingress Protection (IP) rating is misleading at best.Brake light: what brake light? The feature doesn't exist. It's not mentioned anywhere in the manual. This should not be mentioned as a feature in the summary section of the product listing because this light does NOT have a brake light feature. I'm docking another star for that misleading claim. The light is very bright, the turn signals work great. I don't understand why people are "nearly falling off the bike" when trying to use the turn signals because it doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand that you aren't the intended viewer of the turn signal and shouldn't be playing contortionist to look at the turn signal; just look for the blinking LED in the turn signal button; if it's blinking, the turn signal is on. If it ain't, it isn't. This ain't rocket surgery, folks! ;)Battery life: This light comes with a 2000mah battery cell, but it is easily upgraded. I plan to upgrade to a 3500mah cell which will resolve the battery life issue, but TBH 10 hours is plenty long enough to last through an entire summer night, and then some. Cheap devices usually come with substandard cells, but this one isn't outrageously overstated as many other cheap Chinese devices, so this is fine. I'm chucking the cell that came with it in favor of a high-capacity cell for even longer battery life. The cell that came with it is far better than I expected.

Great buy
This is a great and economical buy. I like that the battery is rechargeable and also comes with remote. Works as advertised and it comes with 2 mounting options. Good features and plenty bright. I recommend it.

Terrible product
I have this rear light mounted on my etrike. I have limited use of my legs from a stroke. When I activate this rear light with a full charge, it turns itself off within 5 minutes. It won't stay on; very disappointing, and dangerous.
