Scratchy, Stiff and Coarse Material
Looks nice on the bed but not soft or cosy to sleep under. The patterned fabric on the top is much finer and smoother than the underside, which is next to your skin! Perhaps it will be less stiff after a few washes but I've had better comfort for a similar price. Probably best to avoid this one, I wouldn't repeat buy. It's not the hotel quality advertised, a Premier Inn has much better bedding than this. Adequate for now but will replace soon.

Soft fabric, good quality, great colour
Loved the colour it also washes well. Nice and soft smooth fabric looks good quality, does not crease to much so don't have to iron after a wash is also warm

False Advertising & Awful Quality – Avoid This Seller!!!!!
This bedding is nothing like what’s advertised. It's sold as "super soft 250 thread count polycotton" and promises a "luxury hotel feel" – but when I opened the packet, the fabric was rough, stiff, and uncomfortable. Like most people would, I washed it (as per the instructions), expecting it to soften. It didn’t. It still felt harsh, and to make things worse, it made my skin itch all night.When I contacted the seller about a refund, they said they’d only do it if I returned the bedding – despite me explaining that I’d already washed it in good faith. How can they expect customers to return used bedding? That’s a clear health and safety issue, and frankly unrealistic.Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. After a lot of back and forth, they refused to offer a refund. I ended up donating it to a charity shop out of sheer frustration. Absolutely rubbish product and even worse customer care. Steer clear of this company.
