It works well for urine, musty and old milk smells. I tried it on pillows, mattresses, couches and rugs and it eliminated the odors.Like other sensitive nosed people have mentioned, I did detect a slight bleach smell which faded with time. Not overbearing, just noticeable. The kiddos did not complain about the scent either, which was a plus.Worth every penny to get rid of old milk smells! Will be buying this again, but in the larger spray size and potentially getting the gallon jug for refills.

Zero Odor is a miracle worker. And it comes in several various size containers to meet a variety of needs. This is my second time ordering the kit because the product is so effective. Just spray it in the air and the room is deodorized, like magic. There is no scent, so no allergies are kicked up. The containers all have various features, such as spray or mist, and work reliably time after time. The small bottles are attractive and subtle enough to leave in the bathroom for guests to use. A little of the product goes a long way, so you don't have to buy more -- for years, like me -- unless you run out!

It does so the job well, but I have musty smell, so I have to repeat quite often.

Holy cow this stuff works. We first bought it years ago when we had puppies, and I only recently reordered it for a family member with a new dog. However, it works great as a bathroom spray (gets rid of the smells FAST without crazy perfumes) and also when used on my son's dirty safety vest (which I swear only gets washed every six months when I happen to intercede and grab it). I gave him the small bottle to keep in his truck so he can address the situation as its needed. The spray dries quickly and there's no perfume smell left behind...just a clean scent where the nasty odor used to be. Definitely give this a try if you want to actually neutralize the odor and not just mask it.

Poor packaging- The product is amazing. It works so well. I used this on my dog’s beds, couches, and any other furniture they use. My only complaint is the bottle. I got about halfway using the bottle when the spray trigger gave out. I could buy this again, but I’d put it into an empty spray bottle.

I had accidentally spilled gas in my car on my floor. I had tried baking soda, dawn, resolve, shampooing with an upholstery cleaner, febreze on top, left it outside to air out, you name it. I could not get rid of the smell. I sprayed this on my carpet and the floor and through out the air in my car for extra … it completely vanished.. not even a trace of gas smell & my car has absolutely no smell whatsoever. It’s been about 4 days now and there is still no smell at all.

I buy this item on repeat. It has a scent similar to peroxide but not strong at all. It is perfect for taking out cooking odors from the house. We use it as well in out resale business to deodorize used clothing before shipping. it dries quickly and works great. Use it on clothes that are lightly worn to re-wear before washing

The product works to remove bad odors without leaving too much of a scent and then after some time there is no scent at all. My only complaint about it is the spray mechanism as it works well maybe the first few times and then it sucks. It doesn’t spray an even mist of spray as it should, rather it spits out larger sprays of liquid which then just gets messy. The company should try a better spray mechanism so the liquid doesn’t get wasted with faulty spray.
