Great addition to my workout!
Cool way to switch up my workouts and get in some high intensity reps in. Easy to put together and a little weird to use for the first time, but once you get the hang of it fin and cool to use.

Great agility/ hand eye coordination tool
This is one of the best ideas anyone could come up with ! I started boxing classes at the gym awhile back but was having issues with speed and accuracy ! I ordered this thinking it could help and boy am I glad I did ! My speed and accuracy has improved immensely in a very short time ! The headband was a little odd at first but easily gotten used to ! If you are looking for something that is very easy to use but gives you a good workout but also helps you improve in areas you needed help with, I say this is a great tool to use ! You won’t be disappointed I wasn’t !
