Well-built device
Solid piece of equipment that we've put through the paces at my office. It can feel a little slippery though if multiple people are using it (say, at a health fair).

It does not go back to 0
It does not go back to 0 point when released, had contacted the manufacturer were informed it was not right. I had already ordered a digital one please have this refund and maybe I will try the $270 one, if you recommend

Try another brand
It worked for two months. Then the dial stopped working. Hopefully the company will correct this.I've used these for many years but never this brand.
