Works well used for a 02 4Runner o2 sensor

1990 Toyota Pickup with a 22RE motor here.... This gasket works on the following areas: 1. Both O2 / Oxygen sensor flanges on your exhaust system 2. The Exhaust Gas Recalculation / EGR tube, where it bolts to the back of the upper intake manifold / plenum 3. The air suction (AS) / air injection cross over tube (that runs behind the cylinder head) - both ends This one little gasket from Dorman (part # 47021) can do it all. Thankfully, Toyota used the exact same size gasket for all these locations (5 in total), so even though it might not be exactly identical to the original Toyota OEM gasket, it will function just fine in all these locations. In fact, in my experience, this gasket is slightly better made and superior strength to the original Toyota gaskets.

For the intended application it seems fine - a little rough. For the gas bike application - besides having to drill out and expand the holes - I'm questioning the need in the first place. The problem is more in the mounting flange and hardware than in the solid fiber gaskets. Take a minute to ensure the flange is flat and dress carefully on the flat side of a wheel if needed. The bolts must be grade 10.9 - if they look cheesy - don't use them. Get, and/or cut and dress some better. DO NOT use thread sealer (not even high-temp.) And DO check and retighten 3X after riding. Finally be prepared to repair the threads in the head - which are very soft. That's not a beginner task.

I love the fact that this part worked perfect for my 100cc 2 stroke bicycle engine and I been using it for a couple months now and it is still holding up as an exaust gasket for my bike engine. I done had to put the standard exaust gaskets on once every 3 weeks, but this has proved to last and works amazing. Money saver !!

Excellent product. Much heaver duty than the original Denso seal that came with the oxygen sensor I bought. I changed the drivers side read 02 sensor on a 2004 Toyota Tundra pickeup and it is a perfect fit and there are no exhaust leaks. I suggest a thin coat of anti seize compound on the reverse side (the shiny metal side) of this gasket.

perfect fit for the 66cc motorized bike kits you can find and unlike the cheapo junk one that came with it this one actually does a good job does fit a bit snug as the bolt holes are a little wide but works excellent
