Over the last 40 years,I've bought, traveled and sold 8 VW Camper Vans in Europe. I've taken them from Amsterdam to Morocco, Lisbon to Istanbul and every place in between. I've owned almost every single model of camper van, from rust buckets to super plush; they are the love of my life! It is the only way to travel and really experiencethe country. It is wonderful to see all these great vans in this book. What memories this book brings back! It has inspired me to once again take to the road in a campervan this summer, and this time with my grandaughter.

Many years ago, I had a 1965 VW bus that I drove to Alaska and back. I drove it everywhere - Canada, Texas, and finally to Tennessee. It was indestructible! I presently own two campers - a '78 and an '82. This book was exactly what I hoped it would be - lots of photos and plenty of history. If you are a Bus fan, this book wil not disappoint.

The book is full of beautiful pictures and lots of historical and interesting information. Brought back many memories from my childhood of traveling the country in our camper van.
