Sweet, warming damson Gin but over priced
This is a very tasty gin which can be served neat (in small quantities) as a sweet syrupy aperitif, or over ice, or ice and a mixer. I have to say I tried various combinations of all three and enjoyed them all. I have made home made sloe gin before and this comes very close with a lot less effort involved. The alcohol content (28% by vol) is relatively low for a commercial gin so I am surprised at the high price. I think if it was marketed as a liqueur rather than straight gin it would be more appropriate however this is a lovely taste and one I would not turn down - I just wouldnt buy it.

Lovely tipple
Very nice gin, damson gin is the husbands favorite, and this is very nice, especially now the colder evenings are setting in, lovely to sip whilst outside against the chiminea

dammmmmmmmmmmmm...son
I purchased this off the back of becoming a massive fan of copper rivets dockyard gin. I recommend with ice, Mediterranean tonic and a decent gin glass! A truly quality summer tipple 👌

Heavy duty, very fruity.
+ Lovely rich flavour + Well presented +- a touch heavy for me This has all the feel of a classy little gin, from one of the more fashionable distilleries. The recommended way to drink is neat with ice, or long with lemonade and strawberries. I went for neat, and a hedgerow royale with prosecco and cherry brandy. Delicious and indulgent. It is not on the whole a refreshing drink, and I found it a bit heavy, if I'm honest. One for late August.
